. Check-in: from 4PM to 8PM. Check-in later than 10PM wont be accepted. Checkout: until 11AM.

. Late check in from 8pm to 9pm has an additional fee of €30.

. Late check in from 9pm to 10pm has an additional fee of €40.

. If the additional late check in fee is applied, payment is due on the check-in.

. Check-out time is from 00 (midnight) to 11AM.

. Parties or events areallowed.

. Pets areallowed.

. It’s forbidden to smoke in the apartment in general, including from the windows and balcony.

. Quiet hours are from 8PM to 08AM. In case there is any complaint from neighbours, guest will be accountable.

. Apartment sits on a residential buildingfamilies live and have their daily routine. Respecting the condominium & trash collection rules it is very important.

. There wont be additional cleaning included during the stay. For additional cleaning service during the stay, please contact the host to schedule it. Extra cleaning fee (same as cleaning fee) will be charged accordingly.

. The apartment should be left reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food. If the apartment isorganized as expected and instructed, there will be an extra cleaning charge.

. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme filth or rubbish. The cost for re-establishing the condition of the apartment upon check-in shall be charged accordingly.

. Towels and sheets will be provided to each guest, we trust in their good use. If there is damage to the towels due to misuse andor negligence, we may charge the value of new towels.

. 1 bath mat per bathroom + 1 towelis provided per guest. Towelconsists of 1 bath towel + 1 face towel. There will be no change of towels for stays of up to 7 nights. So, for additional towels during the stay, there will be an extra charge of €10towel set. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer 1 towel change free of charge per week.

. Please, dont forget the keys inside the door lock during your stay or for the check-out. In case the guests (and the hosts) are locked out of the apartment because didnt follow our instructions and house rules, i.e. prevented from having access to the apartment, locksmith cost of €200 will be applied, and the guests will be accountable and pay for it.

. If guests lose our keys, i.e. we cannot find the keys of the apartment after the check-out, it will be necessary to replace the whole door lock for security reasons. In that case, €200 fee for lock replacement will be applied upon guests responsibilities. We are very strict about this rule. Keys are to be taken very seriously.
